I purchased an Explorer from EWC during the ‘lockdown’ of 2020. At every stage of my purchase I was provided with the utmost confidence in EWC by Jonathan’s actions. He responded promptly to my enquiry, described the timepiece and answered all questions showing a great deal of knowledge on this and all his watches. He made promises on providing quick delivery which he fulfilled beyond expectations. When I later spoke with Jonathan during his customer service follow up call, I asked about how he was able to turnaround the delivery so quickly and after prompting for an answer, he told me he had travelled to several post offices to find one that still was able to make delivery on time.
