From the first phone call with Jonathan I found him to be very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the watch I was interested in. He took a lot of time to answer all my questions. When I decided to purchase the watch I couldn't believe how quickly I received it! It was late on Tuesday afternoon and Jonathan had gone around 4 post offices to try to make the last post so I could have it as soon as possible. He sent me the tracking number by text so I could follow it through the system. It was very well wrapped and there was a lovely wee note in the box too! Jonathan had sized it for me so I could wear it straightaway. I am very happy with my watch and can thoroughly recommend Jonathan and the Edinburgh Watch Company.
