EWA always impresses me. They have a fantastic balance of scientific details, grand history, practical industry insights, and information you can't get through books. I've completed the Diploma in Single Malt Whisky and Certificate in Gin, and I am currently working through the new Certificate in American Single Malt. I appreciate EWA's dedication to high-quality yet accessible training. I often return to previous classes as a reference when needed. My only suggestion would be to organize more alumni events like Zoom calls and presentations.
