We were disappointed in the covering letter that accompanied the invitation to renew. It was a standard script with a couple of sentences just crossed out in biro. One of the features (legal protection) we wanted. The premium had risen substantially and I asked for an explanation which I received.
In the meantime, I looked for another quote.
EF responded with another quote which was very close to the one I had obtained so we decided to remain with Edison Ford this time.
