What impresses me most is the proactive approach from the customer service/sales team. Sorting out insurance is time consuming and hardly an exciting topic, no matter how important it is. Yet Andy, Jodie, Zin and colleagues still make the time to call me to remind me that I have ignored an email or not responded to a phone call and this focuses my mind on sorting it out. I am grateful, thank you.
