The staff kept me aware of the schedule for the work to be carried out, worked hard to sort out a problem with the scaffolders. The fitters arrived on time, worked hard and completed the work with a minimum of disruption to myself. I was kept informed if what they were doing and why and given a comprehensive "run through" of the system, how to register for and make the FIT claim. Gave assistance in completing the relevant claim form, this was so involved I would never have managed without their expert assistance. Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with all aspects of my purchase.
