Your blurb was seen on the internet; I responded and you got back to me quickly. Within a short time an appointment was made for your representative to view the house for solar panels. On his arrival he quickly got on with his part of the assessment. He patiently went on with explanations 'of the paperwork'. As their was nothing untoward we agreed a time for the installers. They were late arrivers having misjudged the time of travel from their place of work to my address and subsequently could not complete the job on the same day. They returned the next day and completed the remaining work. As I am not in the country I am assured by those at home that everything expected has/is happening as expected
