The way they conduct their business is probably the main reason I chose this company above others who I had also asked for quotations. They offered value for money and a service I felt complete confidence in. I thought each person I dealt with, in person or on the phone, was knowledgeable in their work, courteous, competent and trustworthy. The work was completed very quickly and efficiently and I was kept well informed of progress and the stages of the process throughout. The installers consulted me regarding where the various "bits of hardware" should be sited inside the house, which I really appreciated and after a full hard days work, left without me having to do anything.
