Very impressed with the helpfulness of the whole thing from start to finish. Installation team were most efficient and very speedy. They didn't even need too many cups of coffee! They cleaned and tidied up well after them, with only one small black mark against them. This came to light after they had left in the shape of a small amount of damage to the airing cupboard door. I remember one of the fitters dropping his screwdriver out of the loft and making a lot of noise and can only think this is what caused it. I realise I should have mentioned it earlier, but the request for this review brought it back to me. Can only repeat that everyone from the initial visit by David McGuffie through head office staff to fitters were most friendly, helpful and efficient. By the way, I have already recommended your company to 2 people I know locally. Thank you
