I had an issue with an item in my order and they were brilliant with sorting this. They responded promptly to my issue and offered me either a replacement or a refund. I couldn’t have asked for more help. Sometimes issues happen which are out of anyone’s control, but I feel that customer service like this makes you feel confident to shop with a company again.
