Recipient's of the gift are very happy with it, the cuddly toy looks great and the materials are organic which is a big plus. The delivery was quick too. 1 suggestion would be to have a tick box option when buying to say it’s a gift/to have the invoice etc. absent from the parcel if you are sending it to someone’s address. Turns out this was done for me anyway perhaps because they noticed the billing and shipping address were different but if there was an option for customers to tick this then they can rest easy knowing that’s been acknowledged. Great all round! :)
