I didn't get an email confirmation of my order and had to ring after a week to find out if it had been received. Once this was sorted, the goods arrived quickly and in good condition. I bought an under-cabinet light to replace a 10-year old one that was broken. I'd looked everywhere but this was just right and matched almost exactly. The website description didn't make clear that all the fittings were included so I also bought some extra mounting brackets, which it turned out I didn't need.
