Extremely helpful. The light we ordered originally had been discontinued They took the time to contact me and explain that there was a replacement available and then preceded to explain how to fit it. They were very prompt with delivery and on receiving the goods all the extra fittings came with it. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend them and I will be using them in the future
