I don't usually bother with reviews but am making an exception this time because I was so pleased with your service. We had been having trouble tracking down a particular fitting for our under unit kitchen lights and a very helpful shop identified Efficient Light as a reliable supplier and had confirmed they had the unit in stock. Not being very good at web browsing I rang Efficient who could not have been more helpful. They did their best to advise me and must have realised I was still somewhat unsure and they rang me back a few minutes later, gave further advice, which turned out to be spot on, and then sent the part. Brilliant service all for something that cost about £15
