I waited 10 days for delivery and when it arrived the light had a potentially dangerous manufacturing fault. I ask for a refund and return paid label and had no response after another prompt I was asked to supply photos, which were sent, no response, eventually I was asked to return the light no return label was issued so 10 days after receiving the item I paid for the return carriage. A week later after the intervention of Google Certified Shops, I received a refund for the light but not the return carriage. The delivery time, product, response to emails and customer care were very poor.
