After speaking to a helpful member of staff regarding purchase of an irobot which
I ordered on line.
Shortly after I placed order I received a telephone call to confirm this and advise
me my order would be dispatched that afternoon.
It arrived very quickly.
Only comment I would make was packaging just manufacturers covered with plastic.
Box was damaged on arrival but irobot not.
