My order took 13 days to ship, it still hasn’t arrived. This company is a either horrible at time management or scamming people. I, as well (like many others) got a tracking number that leads to the abyss after multiple attempts to get answers on my order. Either way, I won’t order from them again and I will have to have my CC company reverse the charges. I ordered November 17 and it is now December 3rd and I have yet to receive anything - no delivery, usable tracking number, or refund. Warn your fellow Vapers that this company is not worth the hassle!
