Would be a straight shot 5* but after using on private land for a day the hub cap on the back wheel has fallen off and there’s nowhere online to buy or replace this. I have emailed them and hopefully will respond positively by sending another one out. Apart from that the scooter itself is amazing and was a quick delivery. Just frustrating there’s not a dedicated website that can sell replacement parts. Have yet to receive an email back but I am sure they will respond quickly.
