I liked that the person I was talking to(forgot the name,I think it was Mark) said to me,that they would still like to offer me a solution even though I ran into a payment problem. That's customer care on a personal level. The parcel arrived in excellent condition,with no damage to exterior. The APC courier we had is so far the best courier(better than DPD that's for sure) Delivered early and with full tracking details,so I always knew where my parcel is. The headphones are in excellent condition,comfortable for ears and great sound quality. I am very satisfied with my experience and should I ever need any electronic, electricshop will be my first stop. Well done!
