Avoid this company, they started as webcreations and now elevatom, they had to change name because of all the bad reviews and now I know why Firstly they took payment from me for work that was expected to take a week to complete, 4 months on and still not completed, was only a small issue with functionality, asked for a refund for the work when got fed up and decided to leave elevatom, they refused to refund uncompleted work, daylight robbery! Worst of all when I left them they sent files which were not working and had virus, you might lose your complete website like I did when you finally leave, which will happen If you want my advice, avoid and look for a better company and save your time and money, this company is only after money and doesn’t care about service
