Terrible service. I order an urgent parcel with next day delivery on Wednesday and on Monday it has still not arrived. The package itself is now redundant as we needed it on Sunday.
When I called up to find out where it is I was told that it had not been sent with special delivery at all.
I will never use House of Party again.
