I cannot put into words how really pleased I am with the Birthday Balloon ordered for my Granddaughter's 7th Birthday. I e mailed Elevation Balloons to confirm delivery was scheduled for Saturday 18th April, I received a response really quickly, confirming that delivery I had selected would mean the balloon would not be delivered until Monday20th April, and would this suit my requirements, This was completely my mistake, after explaining the reason the balloon needed to arrive on Saturday, Elevation Balloons made adjustments to my order and the balloon arrived today Saturday 18th April.
