I was very impressed that I received a phone call prior to the balloon being dispatched to discuss how it had been made as I have a latex allergy. I was even more impressed that when he first of all spoke to my son, who the balloon was for, he didn't give anything away so it remained a surprise. The ballon is fantastic and my son really loves it. Thank you.
