Dealing with your company was excellent , only problem I had was with delivery which was arranged for my requested day , on that day the delivery company said that I had rearranged delivery for the Monday which I can assure you I didn’t as the Friday I requested was my granddaughters birthday sadly she didn’t receive her ballon until 3 days later , I appreciate that it was out of your hands once the item was sent out .
