The customer service is excellent - I had an issue with my order and they helped me to resolve it straight away.
The balloon I ordered arrive on the day I’d selected and it looked incredible.
It was for my partner’s birthday and he was very surprised. The balloon itself is huge and really good quality - it’s still inflated and looks as good as new 2 weeks on ...
