Balloon was great and just as advertised. Significantly marked down due to its late arrival. This was for Father’s Day and it arrived on the Monday, even though I paid for weekend delivery. I asked you for a delivery refund and was told no given it only arrived 1 day late! Not much good having balloons delivered after the event! So very disappointed about that!
