My grandfather has always wanted to be knighted. He has spoke about this since I was a kid. He is now on hospice and I more than ever want to make this last wish happen for him. I ordered a certificate to become a lord from Elite titles. Afterwards I realized the certificate would only be sent by mail and would not make it in time to show my grandpa before he passes. I sent an email to Andrew and he answered within a day. Andrew informed me they usually do not send anything via email for several reasons however was able to make an exception under the circumstances and put something together for me last minute; even on a bank holiday weekend. Andrew even stated after the weekend he would fedex the certificate ASAP.
