Lovely design, poor quality, poor customer service
I placed my order in Jan and didn't receive the product for 2 weeks. I contact them (by several means) and realised that the parcel was lost. They send me a new one, which is faulty. So I asked for a refund, and it's been 2 weeks since I confirmed my returned product has been received, no one replies my email.
