Went to the Milton Keynes store, And was given amazing service and advice On snowboards and bindings by LUCY - She was knowledgeable and friendly, And really didn’t try to “sell” me anything - just told me what I needed to know, And let me make my own decision… Which was of course eventually the most expensive snowboard and bindings in the whole place 🤓😂
Visited twice and tested out a number of boards on the SnowDome slope…
No charge for this fantastic customer service
Didn’t actually buy anything - But when I do, I’m definitely going to go back there
