I received excellent customer service. My request was complicated but Luca was very patient and professional. This is unrelated to the service I received...being able to reach the company by phone would have resolved my questions (which come to find out were not related to SiteGround) much more quickly and efficiently. Again, I can't praise the customer service enough!
