This is a very good app, Have being using this app for sometimes now and have found it to be very helpful. I just followed all the tips they have to lose weight and it's actually worked out I have been able to lose some excess weight. There is no need to go to the gym; over 1,500 of our workouts can be done at home with BetterMe app, and also they have the best nutrition, I recommend this for everyone out there.
