The jacket I bought was too large everywhere except on the upper arms, which were tight.
However ordering and returns service was OK, subject to the fact that I returned my purchase on Thursday and have not received an email confirming my refund.
The returns note I included in the parcel should have had order details already printed as other retailers do. I hope I I filled it in correctly
