I have been an Elvi customer since you opened your first shop in Glasgow 1980/90?. then inside John Lewis store, and back to Glasgow.
My recent purchases were an extreme disappointment to me - labelled size 22 - I would question. I also found your return instructions totalling confusing, and have put both tops in the charity bag.
Sorry I will not be buying from you again.
