I ordered a dress and it arrived, beautifully wrapped about 3 days later - however it was too big, I phoned to enquire exactly what to do as although there was a return label enclosed there was not anything to complete as to the reason why and/or if I wanted another one.
I phoned and was told what to do - I returned the dress to the collection point on Friday so will be interested as to exactly when I receive the dress.
