I still haven't actually received my purchase from Elvi.
DHL (the delivery company you have used in Australia to deliver the goods to me) was not given all the address information I put in the order I processed on your website and therefore they have delivered it to another unknown address where I am not located and someone else has signed for.
This is an error from your side by not giving the correct address to DHL for delivery.
