Ordered 2 items. Unfortunately 1 was marked which I could see through the polythene. Contacted Customer Services who responded very promptly and arranged a replacement item. In addition, I have always been very impressed with the quality of Elvi clothes. I miss not seeing their shops as I used to, but I can still be confident when buying on-line.
