My experience with my last order has been disastrous! I ordered three items after exhaustive searches onsite, paid by credit card and logged off. A week later I logged into the order confirmation to see why the items had not been delivered to find a message saying 'payment failed'. It would have been helpful if Elvi had told me by email that this had happened. When I enquired I was informed to raise the order again and ensure the payment went through. These items were 'on sale' and are, most likely, no longer available. I feel this lapse in communication by Elvi should be amended as soon as possible.
