Most online retailers allow you to have parcels left in a safe place, that the customer designates at the time of purchase.
This is not the case with Elvi, and therefore I had to go to the Post Office to collect the parcel. This was 3 days later as I could not get there before it shut!
I also think that descriptions of clothing should be accurate, the dress I purchased is on it's way back as I feel it was not as described on the site.
