Service level excellent, received an immediate response to my email query, however when my order arrived - very quickly - I was disappointed to discover the raincoat did not have button holes to enable the coat to be fastened.
This was not highlighted in the description therefore I had to return it.
Unfortunately the closest collection point was 18 miles away therefore I have incurred expense travelling to return a purchase I could not use. Hopefully better luck next time. Linda Jardine
