Well Elvi did not make me happy because the product I ordered has had to be returned. It was nothing like the picture on the model and unwearable because of the horrible scraty material and the poor finish.
However, the process of buying was easy enough and it looks like returning the item through Click and collect wont be too onerous. So it was the item that dissappointed not the service.
