The experience of shopping wasn't bad at all, however the jacket that I bought was black and when it arrived it did not look like the picture, I realise that this is because not all of it showed in the photo, for instance had I realised it had a belt I wouldn't have bought it, but I didn't see it on the photo. Black is a very difficult colour to distinguish on a photo, perhaps a sketch would make it clearer what the cut is.
