Quality of material wry poor, arrived very very creased, sleeves far to long. I used to buy most of my clothes from elvi in cheltenham, when you had a shop here. I have a few coats I bought years ago and they are still in perfect condition, because the quality was there, so I was dissapointed when the coat arrived.
