I have been a customer of Elvi for the best part of twenty five years, mostly in your shops and latterly online. Up until about five years ago, I would not have thought of going anywhere else. Your clothes are always of excellent quality and fit and your sales second to none. But recently I have noticed a disappointing propensity towards flimsy fabrics, even in winter, and skirt linings tend to split very easily because the seam is so shallow and choice of skirts is no longer than 70cm. This has meant that my purchases have dwindled lately, to my great disappointment.. Please return to your excellent choice of quality fabrics and styles of five years ago and restore my faith in your products.
