I have been an Elvi customer for many years and it was a disappointment to me when so many of the stores closed. However , the goods can still be bought on line. Any time I have sent for something , it arrives without delay . I am a tall lady and find the lengtth of sleeves . trouser , legs etc., very good with Elvi.
On the odd occasion when I have had to return a garment . It is accepted without question and a refund given very promptly.
