I chose a jacket for a last minute wedding in japan. As it was so important to get it right I rang customer services to check the sizing. Having measured my self I ordered a 20. When I tried It on it was at least4 inches too small and there was not enough time to exchange it. I had to send it back and trawl the high street in the I day I had left before flying out.
The big disappointment was that it was the most beautiful garment. I would have felt wonderful in it if it had been big enough.
