The reasonable prices and many reductions which encourage me to spend more than I should but never regret. What is very good: Customer service - always helpful and polite. What could be improved: The descriptions of the clothing and the care required. A good 'office work' range in dark blues and dark greys and browns as well as black - with more skirt suits rather than trousers.
