Delighted that Elvi have reintroduced free returns as it gives confidence in placing an order - if it doesn't suit or doesn't fit, can now return it post free (but don't usually want to). Two things I would like: 1. Citing a price without VAT, then adding VAT at checkout takes some getting used to. Can you include VAT in the stated price please? 2. It's not always possible to tell from pics how wide the trouser leg is at the ankle - could that be included in the description please?
