I ordered online over late May Bank Holiday. i had tried to telephone for advice and got very frustrated when the call was not answered even by an answering machine. It was nor clear from the website that the phone would only be answered during office hours. My order was dealt with promptly and was well packed. I tried everything on and discovered a number of things. 1. I was at fault because I inadvertently asked for two dresses when I only wanted one. This was accepted by yourselves and I am grateful for that. 2. The sizings were not as I remembered and even though I can still comfortably wear size 22 Elvi dresses from the old company, I could not get into a 24 with your sizings and had to ask for size 26. 3. I was disappointed with the fit on the cami top. The arm holes were far too big and the material gaped over my chest. 4. When I did have a concern that my replacement jacket that I had asked for had not come, I was treated extremely well and with courtesy by the lady who answered the telephone to me. The coat came through a day or so later and I was pleased with it. 5. It took a long time for the refund to go onto my credit card statement but again when I telephoned my query was answered well by a gentleman who answered the phone and the refund came in a few days later. However I am having difficulty working out the bill as no explanation of the refund has been sent to me even on email. I hope this feed back is helpful as I would like to buy from you in the future
