Hi there. I was super super excited to make my first purchase with Elvi! I ordered 5 items, and I liked all of them, but one of the items (an auburn pair of pleated pants) came damaged. There were 4 holes/rips in the fabric near the hemline. I was so incredibly disappointed, because I expect more from Elvi than Forever 21-like construction and foibles like that. I figured that if I was going to invest in a more expensive, unique pair of pants from a smaller company such as Elvi, that they would be a pair of pants that I would treasure for years. I love the pants, and I’m going to take them to a tailor to see what they can do. I will try to fix them and I will most likely still treasure them, but the fact that they came damaged makes me worry for the longevity and wearability of the fabric.
