Delivery of the garment was fine, it arrived at the same time as the items ordered from Evans on the same day. But, the dress fitted everywhere except the upper arms so it had to go back. Some items were also sent back to Evans on the same day.
Evans has already acknowledged receipt of the returns and refunded the money into my bank account.
Elvi has not done either of these things to date. Poor customer service by comparison.
